SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
This subscription is made available by LandNet Corporation DBA LandVoyage is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By becoming a LandVoyage member, you are indicating your agreement. If you do not agree, LandVoyage is not willing to provide you with access to LandVoyage data and you should immediately discontinue your access to LandVoyage data. LandVoyage may modify this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion and without notice to you. Your continued use of LandVoyage data constitutes acceptance of this Agreement; likewise, continued use of LandVoyage data after any modification of this Agreement shall constitute acceptance of any such modification.
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
When registering as a member of LandVoyage, you must provide LandVoyage with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform LandVoyage of any changes to that information. All personal information you provide LandVoyage as a LandVoyage member will be treated in accordance with the LandVoyage Privacy Policy. LandVoyage members are also subject to the LandVoyage Disclaimer.
BILLING AND CANCELLATION
Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged again at the end of your term. You may cancel at any time and continue to have use of your subscription for the remainder of your duration. You can cancel you subscription by signing in to your subscription and selecting Cancel Subscription from the Member Options. Additionally, you can also cancel by contacting us by e-mail at support@landvoyage.com or by phone toll free at 877-619-4100.
USERNAME AND PASSWORD
Once you become a member of LandVoyage, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password, including unauthorized use of your personal information and maps. You must notify LandVoyage immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.
USE OF DATA
You agree not to sell, lease, or distribute for profit any data or information without the express written consent of LandVoyage, nor to use data for any unlawful purpose. You agree to access data manually by request and not programmatically by macro or other automated means. All data, information, maps, imagery and technology is © 2005 LandVoyage. All rights reserved.
TERMINATION
LandVoyage may terminate this Agreement, and your access to and use of subscription, data, maps, information or any portion thereof, immediately, in its sole discretion, at any time without cause.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither LandVoyage nor any of its information providers, parents, members, subscribers, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall be responsible for any direct indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement or resulting from the use or the inability to use data or information including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible damages, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you access data or services.
